The MATW team consists of highly credible and qualified individuals who bring a vast variety of skills and value to the organization. Our team consists of experienced board members, consultants, and business specialists with experience in Risk management, Governance, Developing business strategy, Construction, and NGOs.
As highly qualified professionals, each brings outstanding experience and skills to the oversight and management of MATW Project as a not-for-profit entity.

Ahmad Barry
Chief Operations Manager
Ahmad Barry’s role is very crucial to MATW’s survival in Africa. Ahmad Barry is in charge of supervising all Water Well projects in Africa and ensures fresh, clean water is delivered to our communities. He closely monitors and maintains all the wells.
Norbert
Accounting Manager
Norbert manages the entire finances of the organisation in Africa. He maintains all the record keeping and day to transaction of our operations in Africa. He is also in charge of paying all staff and making sure that all money is accounted for.
Massoud
Operations Assistant in Kpoga
Massoud is heavily involved in maintaining the daily operations of Kpoga. Along with Ychame, he is in charge of managing the orphans in Kpoga. He is heavily involved in delivering donors requests.
Ychame Yemboate
Bakery Manager & Assistant Accountant
Ychame has been working with the team in Africa for a long time. He knows a lot about the operations. He runs the Kpoga Bakery. Furthermore, he is currently assisting in managing the orphans in Lome. Ychame is also in charge of taking videos of donors sheep and cow slaughters.
